Around 100 pupils at Abbotsford Prep School, in Trafford, enjoyed a Chinese taster presentation on Friday morning.
Dr. Chen and Mrs. Zhang, from the MM Chinese Club entertained the children in a 30 minutes presentation. The ladies gave an introduction and fun examples of the Mandarin Chinese language and cultural classes, which they will be delivering to an after school class, starting in September.
The school are now taking bookings for the Mandarin Chinese after school classes, on Mondays, starting in September. Parents are invited to contact the School Secretary, before the end of the Summer term, to complete a class registration and booking form, to secure their child's place on the course.
The classes will run throughout the Autumn term.
