多年前，我曾在香港的中学担任初中普通话科教师，其后十多年从前线教学岗位退下，转而从事教育行政工作。两年前，我移居英国，希望借此契机重新投身中文教育。恰巧在苗苗教育网站上看到招募加盟教师的信息，便立即报名参加了由苗苗老师指导的汉语导师证书课程。 苗苗老师是一位资深的中文教育专家，能够根据学员的背景和程度，量身定制专业的教学课程。她特别提醒我们，要因应华裔与非华裔儿童不同的学习需求，灵活调整教学目标、课堂活动及课后作业。课程伊始，苗苗老师便毫无保留地分享她精心编排的系统教材及配套简报，并提供丰富的图片、儿歌和视频资源，辅助我们设计更完善的教学方案。对久未踏足课堂的我而言，这些资源极大地减轻了备课压力，也大大增强了我重拾教学工作的信心与决心。 此外，苗苗老师还分享了在本地小学开办课后中文兴趣班的策略，尤其是如何善用苗苗教育网站的论坛贴文，促进与学生家长的沟通联系。尽管我们并非学校聘请的正式教师，但只要能赢得家长的信任与支持，让他们关注孩子的汉语学习，学生的学习动机和效果自然会提升。 身在海外的汉语教师，不仅肩负教学任务，更是传播中华文化的重要桥梁。苗苗老师积极推动各类节庆活动与文化交流，致力为学生打开一扇认识中国文化的窗户。她的课程理念不仅让学生在汉语学习路上走得更稳、更远，也有助于向潜在学生推广苗苗教育的课程内容。 接下来，我将前往本地小学观摩苗苗老师及其他导师教授的课后中文兴趣班，期望藉此更深入了解课堂实际操作及师生互动管理方式。

今天是half term假期前的最后一节课，我们学习了新单元“交通工具”，其中有部分词汇之前在“玩具”单元接触过，学生们仍然记得很清晰，非常好👍 重点词汇：自行车、摩托车、汽车、火车、飞机、船、地铁、巴士、电车 重点句型：……开往……（例：火车开往火车站。） 为了让学生们能够在假期前把前半学期的知识进行巩固，我们也复习了“自然”与“动物园”单元的重点句型与词汇。大家在Half Term假期如果有时间也可以带领学生在家复习。 Today was our last lesson before the half-term break. We began a new unit on "Transportation". Some of the vocabulary had already been introduced in the previous "Toys" unit, and the students remembered it very well — great job! 👍 Key vocabulary: bicycle（自行车）, motorbike（摩托车）, car（汽车）, train（火车）, plane（飞机）, boat（船）, underground（地铁）, bus（巴士）, tram（电车） Key sentence structure: …is going to… 【…开往…】(e.g. The train is going to the train station.【火车开往火车站】) To help students consolidate what they've learned during the first half of the term, we also reviewed the key vocabulary and sentence structures from the "Nature" and "Zoo" units. If you have time over the Half Term break, please feel free to review these with your child at home.

今天，陈老师与李老师一起为学生们带来了端午节的课程。大家一起学习了端午节歌谣，并跟着老师和视频继续唱、跳我们的表演节目《小花朵》。为了让学生们更了解中国传统文化，陈老师向大家介绍了端午节的起源与历史，并教学生们使用中文表达与端午节相关的词汇。除此以外，我们还在本节课一起阅读了有趣的绘本、复习了此前学习的ret set的重点词汇，让学生们在快乐中巩固与学习中文。 Today, Ms. Chen and Ms. Li delivered a lesson about the Dragon Boat Festival for the students. Together, they learnt a Dragon Boat Festival rhyme and continued practising the performance piece Little Flowers by singing and dancing along with the teachers and a video. To deepen the students' understanding of traditional Chinese culture, Ms. Chen introduced the origin and history of the Dragon Boat Festival and taught them relevant vocabulary in Chinese. Additionally, we read an engaging picture book and reviewed key vocabulary from the previously learnt ret set, allowing the students to consolidate their Chinese learning in a fun and enjoyable way. 下面就请欣赏我们学生的精彩表演吧！ Now, let’s enjoy the wonderful performance by our students!
