今天我们开始了新单元“开心的节日”的学习，学生们练习了重点词汇与重点句型的阅读，并学习了重点汉字的书写。
重点词汇：元旦、春节、情人节、复活节、中秋节、端午节、感恩节、圣诞节。
重点句型：你喜欢过……节吗？/我喜欢……节。/我不喜欢……节。
本节课也学习了汉字“手”“头”“耳”“目”的书写，这些重点汉字在学生们的粉书作业上也都有出现，希望大家在练习新汉字时注意以下几点：
①记忆正确的笔画；
②在写新汉字的同时记忆汉字的读音与释义；
③完成作业后根据粉书上的图片/英文来检验自己是否已经真正掌握了新汉字的发音与写法。
Today we began our new unit "Joyful Festivals." Students practiced reading key vocabulary and sentence patterns, and learned to write important Chinese characters.
Key Vocabulary: New Year's Day （元旦）, Spring Festival（春节）, Valentine's Day（情人节）, Easter(复活节）, Mid-Autumn Festival（中秋节）, Dragon Boat Festival（端午节）, Thanksgiving（感恩节）, Christmas（圣诞节）
Key Sentence Patterns:
你喜欢过...节吗？ → Do you enjoy celebrating... festival?
我喜欢...节 → I like... festival
我不喜欢...节 → I don't like... festival

目 (mù, eye)
When practising the new characters, please pay attention to the following points:
Remember the correct stroke order.
Try to memorise the pronunciation and meaning while writing the characters.
After completing the exercises, use the pictures or English translations in the pink workbook to check whether you have truly mastered the pronunciation and writing of the new characters.
