Today we learned the key vocabulary and sentences for ordering bubble tea in a milk tea shop. Ms Mak and the students watched the video of a scenario dialogue, and the students were able to correctly place an order for the customer. Today we learned the key vocabulary and sentences for ordering bubble tea in a milk tea shop. The students were able to answer questions based on the dialogue correctly, and with the teacher’s guidance, they expressed their favourite bubble tea flavors — well done! 👍 We encourage parents to review the following vocabulary and sentences with your child at home.

In the last 15 minutes of the lesson, Ms Mak introduced some fun facts about the giant panda, China’s national treasure. The students then made panda masks using paper plates. They were very proud of their creations and happily took their masks home.

This was the last lesson of the summer term. Ms Mak presented each student with their progress report and certificate. Everyone, please continue to work hard on your Chinese and see you next term!

Today we reviewed the key vocabulary and sentence structures from the Green Set unit "Refreshing Drinks" and learnt the theme story. The student did a great job identifying exactly what drinks the ogre had in the story, and with the teacher's guidance, saying what she had drunk today! Well done! 👍
